Getting started

Add someone manually or choose people from Contacts. Add a birthday or another important date, or turn on Keep in touch for occasional check-in suggestions. You don’t need to know someone’s birthday to add them.

Does Remembered send messages automatically?

No. Remembered prepares a message and opens Apple’s Messages composer. You review the recipient and message, then tap Send yourself. Remembered cannot read your conversations or know when you’ve contacted someone outside the app. Use We talked to record that contact and update their check-in timing.

My reminders aren’t appearing

Check these settings: on your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → Remembered and allow notifications; in Remembered, open Settings and check your reminder times; open the person’s page and confirm their birthday, occasion, or Keep in touch settings; and check whether Focus or Scheduled Summary is delaying notifications. Open Remembered after changing settings so it can refresh your reminders. Dates already marked completed or skipped won’t generate the usual reminders.

Someone is missing from Contacts import

Check Remembered’s Contacts permission in your iPhone’s Settings. If you granted access to selected contacts, make sure that person is included. You can also add them manually. A birthday and phone number are optional.

A message or card won’t send

Remembered uses Apple’s Messages composer. Confirm that Messages works normally on your iPhone and that the recipient’s phone number is correct. Card attachments require support for sending images through Messages. If a card cannot be attached, try sending the text alone or using the card preview’s sharing option.

What does Remembered Pro include?

Pro unlocks unlimited people, all card designs and paper themes, additional message tones, relationship-specific card verses, and advance reminders. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans are available. Current prices and any eligible introductory offer appear in the app before purchase.

Restore a purchase

If you purchased Pro previously, confirm you’re using the Apple Account associated with the purchase; open Remembered → Settings → Restore purchases; then allow a moment for your access to update. If Pro still doesn’t appear, contact us with the plan you purchased and approximately when you purchased it.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Remembered, then choose the available management or cancellation option. You can also open Manage subscriptions in Remembered’s Settings. Deleting Remembered does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Share Lifetime Pro with your family

Lifetime Pro supports Apple Family Sharing, subject to Apple’s eligibility and purchase-sharing settings. Make sure your family’s Purchase Sharing settings allow the purchase to be shared. Family members can then open Remembered and use Settings → Restore purchases if access hasn’t appeared. Family Sharing shares Pro access. Each person’s contacts, dates, notes, and messages remain separate.

Request a refund

Apple handles payment and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.

Where is my information stored?

Your people, dates, notes, drafts, and contact history are stored on your device. Remembered does not provide its own cloud synchronization. Apple processes payments, and RevenueCat manages purchase validation, Pro access, and purchase analytics. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete my information

Use Settings → Delete everything in Remembered to remove locally stored people, dates, and contact history. This does not delete contacts from Apple’s Contacts app, cancel subscriptions, or remove purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat.

Email apps@landrunbrands.com with what you were trying to do and what happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, your Remembered app version if known, and a screenshot if helpful. Please hide private names, phone numbers, and message text in screenshots. Never send your Apple Account password or payment-card details.
